Mpasho News reports that the excessively drunk woman was already drunk when she found out her spouse was seeing someone else. When her spouse didn't reply, she invaded the tavern where he was hanging out and went all wild about him, stripping nude.   A hit-and-run driver in Delta crushed this woman to death (see pics) The social media user who posted the pictures claimed that an elderly woman riding a bike was murdered when an unknown car struck her from behind. The social media user claimed that the car's driver was speeding when he approached the elderly woman riding a bike and was unable to stop himself from getting into an accident.He threw the woman off the bike and took off running.  The German Unconditional Surrender. The spring 1945 offensive in Italy, codenamed Operation Grapeshot, was the final Allied attack during the Italian Campaign in the final stages of World War II.  The attack on the Lombard Plain started on April 6, 1945. It ended on May 2, with the surrender of German forces in Italy, as the terms of the German unconditional surrender, signed at Caserta on April 29, came into effect. Today 106 years ago, on February 18, 1918, the last battle on the Eastern Front began with the Operation Faustschlag (Fist Punch), resulting in the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk and Russia's exit from the First World War. By November 1917, the Bolsheviks had seized control of Russia and the Russian military was in a state of dissaray and political turmoil. The Bolsheviks and Central Powers began discussing peace negotiations in December 1917, but were unable to agree on peace terms, as the Bolsheviks believed the German terms were too harsh, and wanted to delay peace in case of a Communist revolution in Germany. The Germans wanted to move troops from the Eastern Front to the Western Front for their Spring Offensive, and thus sought to speed up the peace negotiations. Together with Austria-Hungary, they planned a large-scale offensive along the Eastern Front, called Operation Faustschlag.

  Meet 2LT David Baird Finch, Killed in Action on November 14, 1944. His son, Barry, shares his story of his fallen hero father. My Dad, David Baird Finch was born in Atkinson, Illinois, on June 5, 1912 to James Madison Finch and Kate Nichol Finch. His father was a Congregational Minister, farmer and sometimes county Judge, so that the family moved around a lot, mostly in Nebraska. Dad completed his high school years at Bellwood Nebraska, where he played basketball. He attended one year of high school at Caldwell, Idaho, where his parents retired.  He attended Wayne College in Nebraska for a while. He was the youngest of eight children and spoiled by all with a lot of attention and affection. His two oldest brothers served in the Army during World War I. The oldest, Robert was killed in France in the Battle of Belleau Wood 6/6/18.   Malaysian woman to hang for 21.48g heroin Malaysian Roshamima Roslan A Malaysian couple who were due to get married drove into Singapore two years ago with 21.48g of heroin bundles in their car. The pair were caught, charged and put on trial. On Friday, the High Court acquitted Mas Swan Adnan, 27, but sent his fiancee Roshamima Roslan, 24, to the gallows for trafficking in 15g or more of the drug. In his judgment yesterday, Justice Steven Chong said the prosecution had to prove that the two of them knew exactly what sort of drugs they were bringing into Singapore. Justice Chong said the evidence showed, however, that Mas Swan believed his girlfriend when she told him that the bundles contained Ecstasy pills. Roshamima's claim was not believable, the judge said, adding that the prosecution proved that she knew that illicit drugs were hidden in their car when they entered Singapore. Caleb Whisnand Sr, 32, is accused of killing his five-week-old son  A father has been charged with murdering his five-week-old son whose body was found in a woodland shortly after he made a public plea for the baby’s safe return. Caleb Whisnand Sr, 32, was arrested on Wednesday accused of killing his baby son, Caleb ‘CJ’ Whisnand Jr. He was initially charged with reckless manslaughter, but on Thursday morning authorities said the charge will be upgraded to capital murder based on evidence obtained during an autopsy of the body. Just a matter of hours before Whisnand Sr’s arrest, he appeared at a press conference seemingly bereaved with his son’s innocent mother, Angela Gardner, and joined her in pleading to the public for information about baby Caleb’s whereabouts. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said investigators recovered the remains of Caleb in Lowndes County, Alabama, late on Wednesday, two days after his parents reported him missing.  14-year-old boy hangs himself to death (Video) A 14-year old boy has ended his life after he hanged himself in Abesewa, a town in the Assin Central Municipal District, in the Central Region of Ghana. CLICK HERE TO WATCH VIDEO According to Kessben TV’s reporter, Oheneba Ambruce, the reason the boy hanged himself is yet to be known. Speaking on Kessben FM’s Breaking News with Kwasi Ntiamoah, Ambruce noted that the boy hanged himself at the place where her mother sells Banku. He said that the 14-year-old boy woke in the night with a cloth which people thought he had gone out to probably urinate. It was later found out that the young boy had hanged himself using the cloth he had in his hands when he went out at the night at the place where her mother sells food. Man to die by hanging for stabbing another to death A man, Hamza Mohammed, has been sentenced to die by hanging for stabbing another man to death during a free-for-all in Niger State. Mohammed and one Baba Usman (now at large) were said to have chased after the deceased, Isah Mohammed until they caught up with him and stabbed him several times until he died. The incident was said to have occurred in 2015 during a party when the free-for-all broke out between youths of the Kpakungu area of Minna and youths of Barikin Saleh, where Isah Mohammed was stabbed to death. Mohammed was first arraigned in August 2015 by men of the Homicide division of the Niger State Police Command on a two-count charge of joint act and culpable homicide, an offence punishable under sections 79 and 221 of the penal code. A man in his 20s hanged himself to death in Sittwe on Friday making the number of deaths by hanging in the past five months to six in Rakhine State’s capital. The deceased man who lived in Sittwe’s Ywagyi Myauk Ward was the 24- year old Ko Maung Win Hlaing. He was found dead at 8:30pm on 7 October. Ywagyi Myauk Ward Administrator, U San Thein, told Narinjara that the wife found him dead hanging at their house. “We have no idea when he died hanging. As only the two live in the house, his wife knew only when she arrived back. The wife was going to her mother’s house in the same ward,” he said. The ward administrator said the man had been talking about hanging himself as the livelihood and business was not good. “They are leading a hard life. They had to live renting someone else’ house. Interesting Stories: The Serial Killer’s 175-Year-Old Head In A Jar Considered by many to be Portugal’s first serial killer, Diogo Alves was born in Galicia in 1810 and traveled to Lisbon as a young child to work as a servant in the affluent homes of the capital city. It wasn’t long before young Alves realized that a life of crime was better for turning a profit, and in 1836, he had himself transferred to work in a home located on the Aqueduto das Águas Livres. Despite the fact that those traveling across the Aqueduct were humble farmers returning home, Alves would lie in wait for them at nightfall, when he would rob them of their earnings. Afterward, Alves would throw them over the edge of the 213-foot tall structure, sending them falling to their deaths. Between 1836 and 1839, he repeated this process some 70 times. Today 109 years ago, on May 19, 1915, the Third Attack on Anzac Cove began, an Ottoman counter-attack during the Battle of Gallipoli.  .  Anzac Cove is located on the northwestern part of the Gallipoli peninsula, where ANZAC forces (Australian and New Zealand Army Corps) initially landed on April 25, 1915. .  The Ottomans had attempted to retake the Anzac Cove twice beforehand in late April, but to no avail. It was figured just a limited Ottoman victory would force the Allies back to the sea. Now a third, more thoroughly planned attack would take place. .  The ensuing attack on Anzac Cove would be launched on May 19, 1915 by 4 Ottoman Divisions, some 42,000 soldiers. U.S.army  Staff Sergeant Sherwood Henry Hallman of Spring City, PA, and U.S. Army Second Lieutenant Almond Edward Fisher of Hume, NY, were awarded the Medal of Honor for their extraordinary actions on Sept. 13, 1944, during WWII. Hallman joined the Army in January 1943 and was assigned to Company F, 2nd Battalion, 175th Infantry Regiment, 29th Infantry Division. In September 1944, his division was trying to capture the city of Brest, southeast of Normandy. Hallman’s battalion came under heavy fire from several enemy positions on September 13, and their advance was halted.  He instructed his men to give him covering fire while he single-handedly charged the enemy position, firing his carbine and throwing grenades. Only he knew that he had expended the ammunition in his carbine, and when he reached the Germans, he ordered their surrender. The next day, he was shot by a sniper and mortally wounded. He was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for his actions on Sept. 13, 1944. Hallman w

A 25-year-old man was on Thursday lynched by angry residents for allegedly beheading a six-year-old boy, Mohammed Nabiyu, in Kanwa, a village in Madobi Local Government Area of Kano State. Residents told PREMIUM TIMES that the suspect, identified only as Abdullahi from Katsina State, was a former student of a Tsangaya school (Almajiri school) in Kanwa until he was expelled from the community for alleged bad behaviour.
